Statement of Consent and Acknowledgement of Terms and Conditions for the FundaTech Grant*

I acknowledge and agree to the requirements and restrictions to obtain the benefit of the FundaTech Scholarship, hereinafter "Scholarship," which include: (a) Meeting the requirements of being an active student, adhering to the Academic Progress Policy, maintaining required attendance, complying with the Conduct Policy, and maintaining a minimum academic index. I further acknowledge that I must demonstrate financial need to be considered eligible. (b) I understand that the distribution of scholarship funds will be made based on a financial need assessment conducted by FundaTech, Inc. and that funds will be distributed until available resources are exhausted. (c) I understand that, if eligible, the allocation of scholarship funds will be applied directly to my student account at Mech-Tech College, LLC., (d) By signing this document, I consent to Mech-Tech College, LLC. submitting my academic information to FundaTech, Inc. to validate my eligibility for the scholarship. I understand that having completed this application and fulfilling the other requirements does not guarantee that I will receive financial aid from FundaTech, Inc. since the final allocation will depend on the evaluation performed by the FundaTech, Inc. evaluation committee, who will select the beneficiary students among the participating campuses. (e) I agree that the amount of financial aid granted, which will not exceed the balance reflected in my student account, will be determined at the discretion of FundaTech, Inc. and that such amount will not generate surpluses in my favor. For such purposes, by submitting this application for financial aid, I authorize Mech-Tech College, LLC. to send FundaTech, Inc. the outstanding balance in my student account. (f) I acknowledge that the scholarship is a benefit granted exclusively by FundaTech, Inc. and that Mech-Tech College, LLC. does not participate in the internal process of selection of beneficiaries, being exempt from any responsibility in this process.
